iRevolution does not guarantee permanent access to the Site or its trouble-free operation
of the Site and cannot be held liable for any of these reasons.
iRevolution reserves the right to interrupt, suspend or modify without notice, access to all or part of the Site, in order to ensure maintenance.

Intellectual Property

iRevolution is the exclusive owner of the intellectual property rights :
 on the information, articles and other data published on the Site
(hereinafter referred to as the Content);
 on the structure of the Site: tree structure, organization and titling of its
visual and graphic identity, design, ergonomics, functionalities, software, animated or still images, sounds, know-how, drawings, graphics and all other elements;

 on trademarks, domain names, denominations, acronyms, logos,
graphics or other signs used on the Site.

The Content is intended for the information and personal use of the User
who benefits from a private, non-collective and non-exclusive right of use. It is therefore

In particular, unless authorized by iRevolution:

(i) any adaptation, making available to the public at its request or otherwise, distribution, rebroadcasting in any form whatsoever, networking, public communication of all or part of the Content, Services, distinctive signs, and elements protected or likely to be protected by intellectual property law reproduced on the Site;

(ii) any extraction or reuse, including for private purposes, of a substantial part of the content of the databases making up the Site;

(iii) any repeated and systematic extraction or reuse, including for private purposes, of even a non-substantial part of the content of the databases constituting the Site.
