An operator accesses the web interface (via PC/tablet or mobile)
to report an event.
The entry mode qualifies the event so that it can be managed by the quality department.
The Quality department then takes over, and the operator can
no longer modify the event (only consult the progress report).
An event qualification aid is provided to
facilitate data entry and analysis.
A CAPA can be set up if necessary, to monitor actions
taken to make improvements. It is then possible to
track the progress of CAPAs.
The solution becomes the production management tool,
and dashboards are used to track progress during
management reviews.
